Agents who choose to participate in the NATO program may choose to participate in one, two or all five of these opportunities. • Springboard - a series of basic "how to" orientation meetings with your manager. • Fast Start - a two-week course containing everything today’s REALTOR needs to know. • Fast Forward - weekly sessions taught locally on issues pertinent to your specific market. • Peer Group - meant to help the agent navigate the day-to-day ups and downs of the business. • Accountability Mentoring - designed to assure the new agents success by helping them stay focused on their personal business plan. 2) BOO$T – Weekly training to help newly licensed agents and experienced veterans "boost" their production. 3) Business Meetings – Management is committed to local weekly meetings that offer quality content and information relevant to current market trends and developments. 4) Coldwell Banker University – Coldwell Banker offers 24/7 online courses with educational topics on real estate, technology and many other related areas. 5) Coldwell Banker Spring Sales Rally – Coldwell Banker agents from throughout central Illinois gather for a presentation from a national speaker. 6) Central Illinois Business Conference – Coldwell Banker Devonshire’s autumn sales rally which typically features a national speaker and CBDR agent group sessions. 7) International Business Conference – Coldwell Banker’s annual international convention which is typically conducted prior to the busy spring market.
