Our History

After San Francisco’s 1906 earthquake, Colbert Coldwell and Benjamin Arthur Banker began a real estate company dedicated to satisfying customers’ needs. Today, COLDWELL BANKER has more than 4,000 offices and over 127,700 sales associates globally. In addition to servicing the full spectrum of the residential real estate market, COLDWELL BANKER is an industry leader in the sale of luxury homes through its Previews® program, and vacation homes through its Resort Property Network® program. Devonshire Realty was founded in 1977 by George T. Shapland and Thomas E.
